Permohonan Sticker Kenderaan bagi Semester 2 Sesi 2013/2013

Kelulusan penggunaan kenderaan (kereta atau motosikal) yang tidak melebihi 135cc dengan kadar RM3.00 per semester dan diberikan kepada pelajar yang memenuhi salah satu kriteria berikut:
a. Any student who holds a post on the Student Representative Council (SRC). (Must be accompanied by a copy of the letter of appointment by TNC HEPA)
b. Any student who is appointed as a member of Student Development Leadership Committee (JKPS). (must be accompanied by a copy of letter of appointment by TNC HEPA)
c Any student who is appointed as Resident Assistant (Block RA) and SRH Dormitary Head. (Must be accompanied by a copy of the letter of appointment by TNC HEPA)
d. Any student who is appointed as Ecxo of Club or Society, Exco of Secretariat- registered with UUM only. (Must be accompanied by a copy of letter of appointment by TNC HEPA and Minutes of Club and Society AGM)
e. .Any student who is a member of Suksis and Palapes. (Must be accompanied by a copy of the course - slip)
f. Any student who represents the university at the national level. (Must be accompanied by a certification by the Director of Sports and confirmation letter by Team Manager)
g. Any student who represents the university in the fields of Culture and Arts at the national level.(Must be accompanied by a certification by the Director of the Cultural and Arts Centre)
h. Any student who represents the university at the national level involving academic-related programs such as debates, Moot court (and other related activities or events) (Must be accompanied by a letter Dean PPA).
i. Any local Bachelor’s degree student who chooses to stay off campus. (Must be accompanied by a copy of the authorization form to stay off campus approved by the TNC HEPA and a copy of the parents’ approval letter).
j. Any international Bachelor’s degree student who chooses to stay off campus (Must be accompanied by a copy of utility bill or rent receipt)
k. Any student suffering from critical illness. (Must be accompanied by a letter of confirmation from the Director of PKU)
l. Any student who is categorized as a disabled person. (Must be accompanied by a copy of OKU registration card issued by The Welfare Department of Malaysia)
m. Any student who is participating in the Siswaniaga Programme with UUM and given License A.(Must be accompanied by a copy License A, a copy of operating license and certification letter by the Head of BPNS HEPA)
n. Any student who is appointed to hold office as a Director of the University Project (Must be accompanied by a copy of the approval of the project by the TNC HEPA
o. Any 4th semester and above student with a CGPA of 3.67 and above and has accumulated 30 SIRA points for the semester applied. For students prior to A121 admission, they must have obtained SIRA points minimum grade B . (Must be accompanied by a letter from the Director of the Counseling Centre confirming SIRA scores and active in the Platinum Club Programme).
p. Final Year Students:
i. 3-year programme- Semester 5 or 6 and accumulated minimum 30 SIRA points.
ii 4-year programme- Semester 7 or 8 and accumulated minimum 30 SIRA point.
q. Non-Bachelor’s degree students (international/locals) with cars or motorcycles not exceeding 135 cc
